We can ship worldwide.  Please email for an international shipping quote BEFORE purchasing.  In the U.S., most fabric is shipped via UPS Ground.  UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical address when ordering. Ordering online at sewposh.com is safe and secure using Paypal encrypted payment buttons and checkout.   We respect your privacy.  We do not sell or furnish any information to outside sources. 
 
Important Information:
Dye lots of fabrics change occasionaly. Future order of the same item may have a slight change of shade. Also, due to the nature of computer monitor settings, colors may vary. All fabric prices are by the yard.   If you would like a sample of any fabrics on SewPosh.Com, please request one.  They are $2.00 each, and are refundable, upon purchase of the yardage matching the requested sample.  After fabric is cut, it may not be returned. Swatches can be ordered, as well as single yards of fabric to give you an in depth examination of the fabric before purchasing large quantities.   Shipping charges will not be refunded and all return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
 
Return Policy:
Custom items ARE NOT returnable.   If an error occurs on our part(ie: you ordered green fabric, but we sent red), the item can be returned and we'll fix the problem ASAP.  Other than those circumstances, fabric cannot be returned after it has been cut.    If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us immediately for further instructions.  When ordering a custom item, it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the shipment upon arrival and refuse it if it appears to be damaged.  All shipments are carefully packed for shipment when delivered to the carrier.  If any damage occurs in transit, have the delivery driver sign the form stating that there has been damage during shipment.  The packages are insured and any claim will be handled through the carrier. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.  If you have any special requests or need more information, please contact us before ordering for assistance.    Sew Posh will not be held responsible for packages lost in the mail.  You must contact us for return instructions and a return confirmation number before sending.  Any products returned without proper authorization will not be honored.  Any return must be made within 10 days of receipt.  Returned items must be in original packaging/condition of receipt. 
 
Order Processing Information:
All orders are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Boutique items and custom requests take longer.  If you need a timeframe specified for your specific item, please contact for a quote.  If you require expedited shipment, please contact us.  In the event that an item is backordered, we will notify you promptly of when to expect your shipment.
